Los Tilos is a jewel of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve on La Palma, home to one of the most important laurel forests (Laurisilva) in the world. This circular hike takes you from the modern visitor center to the celebrated Los Tilos Waterfall—hidden at the end of a stone-walled canyon reached via illuminated tunnels. The trail then ascends to the Mirador de las Barandas, a viewpoint perched 740m above the Barranco del Agua gorge, offering vistas of the emerald mountain peaks and the deep Atlantic blue.
